Project enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we store the contact details, project requirements and optional budget or timeline you provide so our team can respond. If you choose to carry a Lime Lab result into your enquiry, its structured project summary is stored with the enquiry. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Lime Lab
Guided mode uses your answers and approved published content to suggest a starting point. When AI-assisted mode is enabled, the answers needed for the consultation and relevant published content are sent to our configured AI provider for processing. The interface identifies the active mode. Do not enter confidential business information, patient information or other sensitive personal details.
Prompts are not saved as conversation logs by this website. A project summary can be kept in this browser’s session storage when you choose to discuss it with our team. It expires from the form after 55 minutes and can be cleared before submission. Our OpenAI integration requests that responses are not stored for later retrieval; the provider’s own processing and retention policies also apply.
Essential storage and measurement
An essential, short-lived session cookie protects forms against misuse. Hashed network identifiers are temporarily used for rate limiting and are not saved as raw addresses by the application limiter. The site includes optional event hooks but no advertising or external analytics trackers are configured. Campaign labels, when present on an enquiry journey, may be stored with the enquiry.
Your choices
You can use the public website without submitting contact information. Providing an enquiry is optional. Contact our team about information you have submitted. Our administrators can export or remove enquiry records from the CMS.
